		<description>I&#039;ve seen the PATCO strike described for years as a turning point in the way labor has historically been treated.  A friend, active in the UAW at Boeing and now in organizing TSA employees, told me that the PATCO strike was illegal to begin with.  Is that your understanding?

In LA the Court Interpreters are currently on strike in what must be the quietest work action ever.  The Courts are using replacements from the Clerks (AFSCME) or management, I guess under Mackay.  It&#039;s shameful.
