Take responsibility for you representatives....they passed the bills that got us here. they confirmed the people to run the government oversight departments and they all collectively got it wrong. vote them out and stop blaming bush, clinton or any other president for our problems. we caused them so senator dodd should be unemployed soon. so should the head of the SEC and any others you finally decide to hold accountable. When do you all wake up and understand blaming others is becoming the American way and extremely unproductive. Without forcing a veto vote, this bipartisan, veto proof legislation was signed into law by President Bill Clinton on November 12, 1999.
