The Center also reported the average gift was $2, 659 per year, hardly enough to support a family in poverty. As for your belief it is obvious I will not change it. Perhaps if all who felt as you do backed up their belief government should not be aiding other people to the extent that you do, it might lessen or eliminate the need for government aid.
