(The most oft used oxymoron in history. Discrimination can NEVER be positive). He repealed Glass-Steagal (in co-operation with Phil Gramm) to help achieve this. The result is what we have today. It was actually 'positive discrimination' that has caused this mess, not the inadequacies of the current buffoon in the White House. Lesson - be careful what you wish for. By trying to 'help' like this, we are now in this mess and the very people who Clinton was discriminating 'in favor' of have got it worst.
